2. Categories of data
We may process information provided through the contact form or during telephone and email communication, including your full name, company name, email address, telephone number, delivery location and details included in the enquiry. The server may also record technical data such as the IP address, device type, browser, visit date and visited URLs.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to respond to an enquiry, prepare a quotation, take steps before entering into a contract and fulfil an order. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Correspondence handling, claim protection and website security may also rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Tax and accounting records are processed under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Where analytics, marketing or optional cookies require consent, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. Recipients of data
Data may be shared with providers supporting HGV in website hosting, email, IT, accounting, transport and legal services. These providers receive only the data required to perform their tasks and act under appropriate agreements or applicable law.

Enquiry correspondence is retained for the time required to handle it and subsequently for the period necessary to protect potential claims. Contract and accounting data is retained for the period required by law. You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or restriction of processing. Where provided by law, you may also request data portability or object to processing. 7. Voluntary provision of data
Providing data is voluntary, but information marked as required in a form is necessary to send an enquiry and prepare a response or quotation. Without it, we may be unable to handle the request.
