The new 1200 × 800 mm UIC EURO pallet is manufactured under an EUR/UIC licence and in accordance with the requirements of the relevant railway pallet system. Its construction, component layout and markings are strictly defined, allowing it to operate in professional logistics, warehousing and production systems throughout Europe.
UIC pallets are made from properly prepared timber, kiln-dried and HT phytosanitary treated in accordance with ISPM 15. The required UIC, EUR and IPPC marks confirm the origin and preparation of the pallet. Standard load capacity is 1,500 kg with an evenly distributed load, while standardised dimensions support use with racking, conveyors and automated lines.
